Target group

Course of Action

Per day, approximately four staff members have the chance to attend successive Confidence Dialogue meetings with the SIM-Trainer, during which they can individually discuss their management problems in order to develop suitable solutions.
Each meeting lasts approximately 1.5 hours and usually takes place in your company to avoid travel time for your employees.
